Hi!!

Sounds like you guys are already having a memorable trip.Patty I hope you are going to make some of those cookies when I come out and join you, they sure look good!!Hope you are finally getting some better weather,I am sure it beats the dumping of snow that we are getting here in the cities.Keep up the good work hiking,it will keep getting easier as you get your "mountain legs" built up.
I enjoy the trip reports, thanks for the detailed updates,it makes it easier being there in mind.

Safe hiking,LG

Hi Patty & Jeff,
Wow it sounds like you are doing some steep hikes! I'm glad you have the walking sticks. I wish we were with you guys. The end of the year gets so crazy at work. Garry has had a few nice bike rides, but the weather has been crumby. It looks like you are meeting lots of people. I look forward to more photos. Booner had a stick stuck in his mouth which did not stop him form eating and drinking, but did cause him to need antibiotics because of infection in his tooth. That's all the news we have.
Love, joAnn & gary

Keep us posted on when you are planning on coming out. You can send messages to my regular e mail or give me a call on my cell. Check out our mail drops. As of now we are right on schedule. I don't know how that worked out, good planning I guess. We are just going as far as we can each day without killing ourselves. Chris also said something about coming out after he was done at UMD this spring. Maybe you can coordinate something with him. Take care. We are still having fun.

Wow! You guys never cease to amaze us! Sounds like everything is going great so far! We wish you all the best! I agree, if you're not having fun anymore then that's the time to quit!
Gary is over here drooling wishing he was there! We got to get him back activities soon! Recovery has been slower than anticipated! He lost his job last week! So..we're trusting God has bigger plans for us! Blessings to you both on this wonderful journey. We'll keep in touch!
