I have been taking pictures of the Apapane bird nest that is right out our window.
There are 2 baby birds in the nest. One of the previous pictures shows some of the park staff taking pictures of the nest. Patty

This Blog will follow the non motorized crossings of the United States by a retired Conservation Officer who worked 30 years in law enforcement. The crossings are challenges for the author and fulfill a life long committment to maintaining a healthy life style through non motorized aerobic activities. The crossings provide an exciting way to see our great country and will hopefully inspire the reader to plan a "crossing" of their own, even if it does not entail crossing the entire country.
